Company Number 5446725 * Winapound.com and Domainscanners Ltd and 'we' are used interchangeably throughout these T&C's and related to one entity being the product 'Winapound.com' * Players of Winapound.com must abide by our Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) defined in these T&C's * Our AUP may change at any time at our own discretion. Changes to our AUP will be published here eventually * Users may win only once per rolling twenty four hours * Users may only access Winapound.com once every one minute plus a random number of generated seconds as deemed by Winapound.com's auto generated lockout system * Winning payouts to both individuals and charities are totally at the discretion of Winapound.com authorised administrators * Scripts, bots, spiders and any other form of automation is strictly forbidden * Suspicious activity as deemed by our administrators may lead to an individual or organisation being banned from playing Winapound.com. * Suspicious activity detected after a payout has been processed may lead to legal action being taken against an individual or organisation * Winapound.com cannot be held responsible for system outages * Players agree to play Winapound.com entirely at their own risk * We may have to suspend our service for repair, maintenance or upgrades. If so, we will restore the service as quickly as is reasonably possible. The current game counter value may be lost during any outage.
